West Maui Condos are one bedroom or studio units located in Maui's famed Kaanapali beach. Our units are condominiums with complete linens, towels, and kitchenware. Our rates are very economical the longer you stay. Daily maid service is NOT included. A one time cleaning fee of 99 - 105 USD applies in most cases. Daily resort fees from 7-10 +tax USD for parking and other features may apply. Mechanical Air Conditioning is available at some but not all locations - refer to rate description. Locations of these condos vary from the heart of Kaanapali to two miles north. All rooms are in oceanfront properties. Many rooms have express 24 hour check in with no front desk check-in. Most of our rooms are identical to offerings by major hotel operators but with much lower rates as you are renting direct from an owner. ROOM CODE DESCRIPTIONS. MKV. The Maui Kaanapali Villas units are garden view Studios and guests will enjoy a short stroll across the lawn area to the prime white sand beach of Kaanapali. The Villas are air conditioned units. Most units in this property are managed by ResortQuest and only a few are available independently at these modest rates. HOL. Hale Ono Loa (The Good Life in Hawaiian) is located in the north end of Kaanapali in the same vicinity as the Embassy Resorts, Kaanapali Shores, and the Papakea. These are our one bedroom units. The rate code will indicate HOL prefix. These units have ceiling fans and cooled by trade winds. (There is no mechanical AC here.) ELD. The Maui Eldorado units are studios in heart of Kaanapali in between the Sheraton and Royal Lahaina. These units have mechanical AC. The rate codes for these units begin with ELD. Our condos make you feel right at home with full size appliances, ground floor safety, and large spacious floorplans. And perhaps best of all our beds are high quality with memory foam topped. Nearly all furnishings are less than one year old. When you stay at Hale Ono Loa you will feel as if you are in your own secluded paradise. Our open designed units feature modern appliances with breathtaking views that are almost oceanfront. The resort features a special ocean-side sundeck perfect for watching whales in winter and sunsets year round. Each 650 sq. ft. studio suite has a full kitchen and bath. The resort boasts a unique beach cabana on the sands of Kaanapali, a winner of *Best Beach in the World*. Snorkel around famous Black Rock with lush reef including turtles. A very safe beach for young children. The beach cabana is a destination in itself with full kitchen, attendant, towel servoce, restrooms, and free golf cart to and from your unit. If you need a break from the water, walk the beautiful grounds of the Resort or take advantage of the on-site tennis and shuffleboard courts.
