Directions

From the airport, exit and access H-1 Frwy east, exit Frwy via Nimitz Hwy and follow Waikiki directional signs, Nimitz Hwy transitions into Ala Moana Blvd, midpoint on your drive as you pass the port of Honolulu on your right and the Honolulu business district on your left. Ala Moana Blvd merges with Kalakaua Ave at the southwest entrance to Waikiki. Proceed onto Kalakaua Ave, turn left on Lewers St. The ResortQuest Waikiki Joy is on the left immediately after Lauula St. The hotel address is 320 Lewers Street.

All reservations require a credit card deposit at time of booking. Deposit equals 1 or 2 nights accommodation plus tax depending on time of year. Low Season - 1 night plus tax. High Season and Holiday Period - 2 nights plus tax.

Cancellation Policy

Year-round policy: Must cancel 3 days prior to arrival. Year-end policy: Must cancel 30 days prior to arrival. These guidelines must be followed in order to receive full refund of deposit. Guests should allow 3 to 4 weeks for receipt of deposit refunds.
