From the airport, turn right onto Queen Kaahumanu Highway 19. At the 2nd stoplight about 5 miles down, turn right onto Palani Drive. Follow Palani Dr until it changes to Alii Drive. Drive through Kailua-Kona town on Alii Drive. ResortQuest Kona by the Sea will be on the right.

On a private cove just a few minutes from Kailua-Kona town, the resort occupies over three acres of landscaped garden on the ocean side of Alii Drive. Shopping and dining are nearby.

Guarantee Policy

All reservations require a credit card deposit at time of booking. Deposit equals 1 or 2 nights accommodation plus tax depending on time of year. Low Season - 1 night plus tax. High Season and Holiday Period - 2 nights plus tax.

Cancellation Policy

Year-round policy: Must cancel 3 days prior to arrival. Year-end policy: Must cancel 30 days prior to arrival. These guidelines must be followed in order to receive full refund of deposit. Guests should allow 3 to 4 weeks for receipt of deposit refunds.
